Today I wanted to share with this lovely routine. It is a little over 5 minutes (6.30 minutes) but once you learn the routine, it is an easy one to practise in 5 minutes.
It is such a good routine for easing out tension from the back and has always been a favourite , quick and easy, go to routine for me in my toolbag.
