In this section of my blog I will share with you the tools and resouces that I use on my healing journey. My Toolbag, includes some of my favourite tools and resources from Yoga, Acupressure, Qi-Gong and Meditation, that I have studied over the last 20 years of being a Yoga teacher and holistic practitioner. Some of these tools are my own and some are from amazing teachers that I have come across over the years. These tools have been a big part of my healing journey and I can’t wait to share them with you.
