10 Minutes of Calm

Hello Friends,

I don’t always get the time I need at the moment, as a full time mum to a vibrant toddler,  to self care to a degree that I once did and indeed would like to do.  But I have learnt over the last few months how to get creative and find new ways to do the things that bring me so much joy, happiness, energy, revitalisation and nourishment in life, in the small pockets of time that I can find for myself in the day.  

So in this blog post I’m sharing with you tools and resources that I use to self care in those times in life when I only have 10 minutes to spare.  I will include my favourite 10 Minute Qi gong, Yoga, Pranayama (breathing), Meditation, Relaxation and Energy medicine exercises and lots more too outside of those practices and modalities.
