The Mantra of Loving

To Our Beautiful Naila,

I wanted to share with you a beautiful meditation that I learnt whilst I was training to be a meditation teacher.

Sit in a comfortable position.  Take some slow deep breaths.  Then repeat to yourself…

Because I am the only person i will have a relationship with all of my life,

I choose…

To love myself the way I am right now.

To always acknowledge that I am enough just the way I am.

To love, honour and cherish myself.

To be my own best friend.

To be the person I am happy to spend the rest of my life with.

To always take care of myself so that then I can take care of others.

To always, grow, develop and share my love and life.

For who is there to love in your life? Ultimately you! You are the only person you will be with all of the time for the rest of your life.  Why not make it a loving time? Choose to love yourself.  Do loving things for yourself. Act towards yourself in a loving way.  Forgive yourself for everything. Be easy on yourself.  Love yourself unconditionally.  When you learn to love yourself warts, bumps, spots fat, habits, negative thinking, illness and all, you can then love anyone or anything ‘out there’.  Then you will always be experiencing loving.

Love is the first word in healing, the antidote to stress, the ease that dissolves dis-ease, the vaccine against hatred.  Love is the positive action we can all take when negative thinking flares; its what we can always be grateful for.

Namaste

I love you always Beautiful Girl

Love Mummy xx

In this blog you will see and hear posts, recordings and videos using the name of Amelia Ella Hope.  This was the pen name that I wrote my blog in until mid April 2020.  Whilst I now no longer use this pen name, old posts, audio and video still feature on this site under this name.  The content from both names are from me, Sophia Grace, but the former name of Amelia was used in my early days to allow me to write and share my story safely, openly and freely.  To read more on why I used a pen name then visit My Original About Me page and why I decided to then use my actual name, then click here.  Thank you for your understanding.
