This is such a lovely Yoga routine to work. It is slighty under 7 minutes, so a little over the 5 minutes of this category but I have included it anyway in case you are able to stretch a couple of extra minutes. Once I learnt the routine I was able to fit it into a 5 minute window.
It’s a lovely routine that helps me to feel grounded and calm with its flowing sequence combining breath and movement. I love it. I hope you enjoy.
