Qi Gong – For PMS (17 mins)

Hello friends,

This is an incredible routine for PMS.  I work it everyday as soon as I notice my pre menstrual symptoms kick in.  I feel so calm, centred and stable after practising.  It is a gentle practice that invites you to slow down and connect to your body through a series of gentle stretches and breathing exercises that can help to relieve some of the PMS symptoms such as sore back, bloating, cramps and fatigue. I love it.
