Hello Friends,

I don’t always get the time I need at the moment, as a full time mum to a vibrant toddler,  to self care to a degree that I once did and indeed would like to do.  But I have learnt over the last few months how to get creative and find new ways to do the things that bring me so much joy, happiness, energy, revitalisation and nourishment in life, in the small pockets of time that I can find for myself in the day.

So in this blog post I’m introducing to you, and sharing with you, the section of my blog called Moments Of Calm.  In this part of my blog I will share with you tools and resources that I use to self care in those times in life when I only have  a few minutes to spare.  I will include my favourite 5, 10, 15, 20 & 25+ Minute Qi Gong, Yoga, Pranayama (breathing), Meditation, Relaxation and Energy medicine exercises and lots more too outside of those practices and modalities.  All the things that I like to do to self care but in ways that I can fit in and around the commitments of my daily life, in spare moments when Amiya is happy to play by herself, or whilst I am cleaning my teeth, making breakfast, waiting for the kettle to boil, or am able to find some precious, albeit short moments of time to myself.

Click on the links above to explore the tools I’ve already uploaded.

I hope you find this part of my blog helpful and inspiring in helping you to create little pockets and moments of calm in your day.

With Love

Sophia Grace

In this blog you will see and hear posts, recordings and videos using the name of Amelia Ella Hope.  This was the pen name that I wrote my blog in until mid April 2020.  Whilst I now no longer use this pen name, old posts, audio and video still feature on this site under this name.  The content from both names are from me, Sophia Grace, but the former name of Amelia was used in my early days to allow me to write and share my story safely, openly and freely.  To read more on why I used a pen name then visit My Original About Me page and why I decided to then use my actual name, then click here.  Thank you for your understanding.
