Pranayama (Yoga Breathing Exercise) 2-1-4 Calming Breath (10 mins)

I absolutely love this breathing exercise.  It is so quick and easy and wonderfully, wonderfully calming and relaxing too.  It is something that I practise throughout the day whenever I need to, with and without this recording.  Using the breath, for me is the quickest way to calm myself, to centre and relax.  In just a handful of breaths I can notice such a difference.  I can balance my emotions, calm my overactive mind, relax my body and re-centre back into my stillpoint or higher sense of Self.
