I wanted to share with you my daily routine of Qi Gong, Meditation and Yoga that I use from the moment by pre menstrual symptoms kick until the start of my period. I love all the videos in this selection, but in particular the wonderfully nurturing yoga routine which I choose to practise late afternoon/early evening and the emotional release meditation.
I hope you enjoy this selection and find them useful at what can be a very challenging time.
