If you are a regular to my blog you’ll know how much I love QiGong. And so today I wanted to share with you a video from Marisa at YOQI, in which she does a 15 minute Qigong daily energy routine. It’s probably my favourite daily Go-To Resource in my Toolbag.
It’s a great way to start your day and for me an absolute lifesaver first thing in the morning after a disturbed night’s sleep. A quick and easy daily energy routine to wake up your body’s energies and get them moving in the right direction.
