Neck and Shoulder Exercises

The One Where I Share My Favourite Neck an Shoulders Exercises With You.

I am feeling really stressed at the moment juggling life, the challengers of a vibrant toddler exploring her boundaries, place and sense of self in the world and the stress of being in a chain purchasing and selling a house.  Whilst we’re not far of the end of the house buying and selling process now, the tension seems not to be easing off in any way. Mentally, emotionally and physically I am feeling tired and looking forward to completion.

More than anywhere else right now, I can feel the weight of that tension in my neck and shoulders.  My neck is full of knots and my shoulders feel so tight and heavy, like lead weights. More than ever right now I need my Yoga.

Over the last few days, I’ve been managing to find time here and there, throughout the day, to ease out areas of tension from my body and today I wanted to share with you in this post some gentle neck and shoulder exercises that I have been practising which are really good at easing tension from the neck and shoulder area.

I hope you like the video I have done for you to help demonstrate them and that you find the exercises useful to you.

With Love, until next time

In this blog you will see and hear posts, recordings and videos using the name of Amelia Ella Hope.  This was the pen name that I wrote my blog in until mid April 2020.  Whilst I now no longer use this pen name, old posts, audio and video still feature on this site under this name.  The content from both names are from me, Sophia Grace, but the former name of Amelia was used in my early days to allow me to write and share my story safely, openly and freely.  To read more on why I used a pen name then visit My Original About Me page and why I decided to then use my actual name, then click here.  Thank you for your understanding.
